R-83-20 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE IN USE <br />OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED PROPERTIES. <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota deeded certain <br />tax forfeited property, by State Deed No. 151643, to <br />the City of Lake Elmo, for park or other public pur- <br />poses; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that such property <br />would be better utilized if either returned to the State <br />or committed to use to upgrade septic system where there <br />are pollution problems; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires the City <br />Council to authorize such change in use and apply for such <br />change in use to the State by Resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, <br />THAT, the City Council authorizes the use of the <br />properties acquired through State Deed No. 151643, as <br />indicated on the attached summary; and, <br />THAT; the City hereby authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to apply for such use to Washington <br />County and the State of Minnesota. <br />ADOPTED, this the lst. day of February, 1983, <br />by the City Council, City of Lake Elmo. <br />SIGNED: <br />e e. fx"l <br />Maynbkd L.
