LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />MAY 1, 1984 <br />The meeting was called to order.by Mayor Eder at 7:05 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers. Present: Dunn, Fraser, Mazzara. (Morgan out of <br />town on business). Also present was City Engineer Bohrer and City <br />Administrator K1ae.rs. <br />1. Agenda: <br />M/S/P Fraser/Mazzara - To approve the agenda as amended. Add 6A -- <br />Resolution for Mike Pott. (Motion carried 4-0) <br />2. Minutes: <br />M/S/P Dunn/Mazzara - To approve the minutes of the 4-17-84 City <br />Council meeting as presented. (Motion carried 4-0) <br />3. Claims <br />M/S/P Mazzara/Dunn - To approve claims 84807 thru 811744. (Motion <br />carried 4-0) <br />It. Public Inquiries: There were no public inquiries at this meeting. <br />5. Engineer's Report: <br />A. Shoreland Permit and lot size variance for Timothy <br />Mandel at Lot 1, Block 2, Eden Park 1st Addition on <br />Lisbon Avenue near Downs Lake. <br />Pursuant to a brief discussion regarding Engineer's concerns regarding <br />the septic system, and pursuant to a favorable recommendation for <br />approval of this application by the DNR and City Staff, the .following <br />action was taken. <br />M/S/P Fraser/Dunn - To approve the shoreland permit and lot size <br />variance for Timothy Mandel at Lot 1, Block 2, Eden Park lst Addition <br />provided that the applicant conform to the septic system <br />recommendation from the City Engineer in his 4-26-84 report. (Motion <br />carried 4-0) <br />B. Shoreland Permit and lot size variance for Riverwood <br />Humes at Lot 2, Oace Acres 4th Addition off of Hidden <br />Bay Trail on Olson Lake. <br />Pursuant- briefdiscussion regarding the Engin.eer's concerns <br />,oc�ardi.bptib system, and pursuant, to a favorable <br />er i,.en, rn�tttioff frdrri t;he DNR and City Staff, the following action was <br />M/S/P FraserMazzara - To approve the shoreland Permit and lot size <br />variance for Riverwood Homes at Lot 2, Oace Acres 4th Addition, <br />contingent upon the applicant meeting the septic system recommendation <br />from the City Engineer in his 4-26-84 report, including his <br />recommendation that the minimum bottom of trench elevation of 934 be <br />staked in the field by an engineer or surveryor„ (Motion carried 4-0) <br />
