� <br />� <br />/ <br />lNFORMATICNN- MATERIAL FOR MAY 1 MEET[NG APRIL 26, 1984 <br />/ <br />9" I would also like to acknowledge that the Planning 0 <br />Commission will hold a Public Hearing on two other Cgde <br />at its 5�14 meeting" These code amendments <br />relate to: <br />A, an extension of time requirement on Simple Lot Divisions <br />when the conditions pf approval have not heen met; and, <br />8° prohibiting the placement of the City Code required <br />secood drainfield site between the trenches of the first <br />drainfield" <br />The Council authorized the staff to proceed with these code <br />amendments back in February, 1984. If a recommendation is <br />obtainedf from the Planning Commission after the hearing on <br />May 14, then these items will proceed to the Council on May <br />15" However� if the Planning Commission tables the final <br />decision on these code amendmentsthen these code <br />amendments will not get to the Council until sometime in <br />June. <br />10" Last Tuesday, April 24, I attended the Washington County <br />Board meeting, At this meeting, Washington County endorsed <br />ths "role/charge of the L�t k e Jan e L@ndi1l Advisgr-Y <br />itt�cv.,"^ According to Mike Ayers, Ramsey County has <br />appointed two staff members to this committee and Washington <br />Ctounty has likewise appointed two staff members" Mr^ <br />Schaefer was origjnally on this committee but has since been <br />removed frmm the committee in favor of staff persoone]^ <br />w"y°^ °" Councillor Bruce Dunn are the City <br />reprcmentative,m to thita committee.
