LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES JULY 17, 1984 <br />PAGE 7 <br />Program was sent out she was in the process of moving. The letter that <br />was sent to her former residence was forwarded to the new owner; however <br />they did not get a letter for their new home. They started having <br />problems at their new home about two years ago and she called the City <br />office and asked if they could be considered for the 201 Program. She <br />stated that she explained that she had not filled out the letter but, <br />was told not to be concerned because everyone on Lake Elmo was in the <br />program. She further stated that early this spring when the problem <br />became quite critical she called the city office again and asked to be <br />put on the emergency or priority list. She was told to call Larry <br />Bohrer and upon doing so was advised that they were not included in the <br />program. <br />M/S/P Fraser/Morgan - To instruct the City Administrator to compile <br />all of the necessary information regarding the Hagberg's request to be <br />included in the 201 Program and put this item on the August 7, 1984 <br />agenda. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m. <br />Resolution 84-43 Bergmann CUP expansion. <br />Resolution 84-44 Lifting of "no -wake" ban on Lakes Olson <br />and DeMontreville. <br />
