Several years ago,.we had very tight controls over use <br />of City property, now all of a sudden we are going to open it up, and <br />would like more information before he could vote in favor of a <br />proposal such as this. <br />Fraser stated that several years ago when there were some concerns, <br />quite a bit of effort was made by the fire fighters and Council <br />members in working out a procedure that would be workable. She sees <br />this request as falling within the requirements that were determined <br />at that time. <br />10. Oath of Office for new 1985 City Council members <br />According to State Law and in concurrance with past practices in Lake <br />Elmo, newly elected local officials are required to take oath of <br />office before the first of the year.
