R84-41 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIMPLE LOT SUBDIVSION FOR <br />HOWARD SPRINGBORN AT LOT 9, BLOCK 2 (PHASE I) <br />SPRINGBORN'S GREEN ACRES ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Howard Springborn has applied for approval of a <br />simple lot subdivision of a parcel of record which he owns at Lot 9, <br />Block 2 of Phase I of Springborn's Green Acres Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, Howard Springborn has applied to split this Lot 9 of <br />Block 2 (Phase I) of Springborn's Green Acres Addition into two separate <br />tracts legally described as follows: <br />PARCEL A <br />The East 273.74 feet of Lot 9, Block 2, SPRINGBORN'S GREEN ACRES, <br />according to the plat on file in the office of the County <br />Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota, as measured at a right <br />angle to the east line of said Lot 9, containing 1.38 acres, more <br />or less. <br />PARCEL B <br />That part of Lot 9, Block 2, SPRINGBORN'S GREEN ACRES, according <br />to the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, lying west of the East 273.24 feet <br />thereof, as measured at a right angle to the east line of said <br />Lot 9, containing 1.38 acres, more or less. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />considered this application at its June 11, 1984 meeting and <br />recommended approval of the same to the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the proposed <br />subdivision at a public hearing on June 19, 1984. <br />
