NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit: <br />1. The application of Howard Springborn for a simple lot <br />subdivision approval be and the same hereby is granted in <br />the real estate described in Parcel A and B above shall be <br />approved as separately subdivided parcels subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />A. The applicant shall pay the required park donation <br />fee of $175. <br />B. In granting this subdivision, the City Council also <br />grants the applicant a lot size variance for both <br />Parcel A and Parcel B from the 1.5 acre minimum <br />requirement listed in the City Code Section 301.070, <br />D. 3. C. 1. <br />C. The applicant must also eliminate one lot when Phase <br />II of Green Acres Addition is brought to the City <br />Council for final plat approval in an effort to be <br />consistant with the thirty-one lot concept plan <br />approved in R-78-2 by the City Council on January <br />3, 1978. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1984 by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />4, <br />Signed. v' <br />May d L.
