R-84-60 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DNR TRAIL GROOMING GRANT FOR SUNFISH PARK <br />DURING THE 1984/1985 WINTER SEASON <br />WHEREAS, in Resolution 84-32, the Lake Elmo City Council <br />indicated the need for financial assistance in winter grooming the <br />Sunfish Park ski trails; and, <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 84-32 authorized the City staff to submit an <br />application to the DNR for grant funds for winter grooming work in <br />Sunfish Park; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources informed the City <br />of Lake Elmo, in a November 6, 1984, letter from Delos Barber, Regional <br />Trails and Waterway Coordinator, that a grant in the amount of $225 has <br />been allocated to the City of Lake Elmo for trail grooming work in <br />Sunfish Park during the 1984/1985 winter season. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized <br />to sign the required forms to obtain DNR grant funds for ski grooming <br />work in Sunfish Park for the 1984/1985 winter season. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator be charged <br />with the responsibility that the funds are used in agreement with the <br />conditions of the DNR for trail grooming services and that all required <br />forms for reimbursement will be submitted in 1985, after the services <br />have been performed by Washington County on behalf of the City of Lake <br />Elmo. <br />ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1984, by the Lake Elmo City <br />Council, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />` <br />SIBNED:��` _ <br />Mayniid L.
