Subject to a highway easement for DeMontrevillle Trail over the southerly 33.00 feet thereof. WHEREAS, it appears the above described land was not at the time of the application seperately described parcels of record; and, WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related to public health, safety and welfare which would require a denial of this Simple Lot Subdivision; and, WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the proposed Simple Lot Subdivisiion on November 26, 1984, and recommended approval thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo as follows to wit:
