R84-61 <br />l.The application of Brian E. Crombie for a Simple Lot Subdivision <br />for the real estate described above, be and the same is hereby granted <br />provided that: <br />A. Mr. Crombie pay the $175 park donation fee, as required by <br />the City Council. <br />B. The City obtain a quit claim deed for the required 33 feet of <br />road frontage right-of-way along Demontreville Tr. for Parcels A, <br />B-1 and B-2. <br />C. In the event Crombie Second Additon is ever platted, the <br />drainage provisions of that plat must include storm water run-off <br />created by this simple lot subdivision. <br />2.
