NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo as follows to wit: (� <br />THAT: The Simple Lot Subdivision Requirements listed in the Lake <br />Elmo City Code Section 401.260 A are hereby waived and the application <br />for a Simple Lot Subdivision by Lawrence Kleis for the real estate <br />described above be and the same hereby is granted; and, it is the <br />understanding of the City Council that the above applied for <br />subdivision is only to insure access to his property from Highway 36 <br />and is not for the purpose of a future residential unit. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota this 4th day of December, 1984. <br />SIGNEDte <br />Mayn d L.
