R-B4-4 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WAGHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ELLEN E. <br />PINNELL FOR A PRIVATE DOG KENNELL IN THE RR ZONING DISTRICT FROM <br />JANUARY 1, 1984 TO DECEMBER 31, 1984. <br />WHEREAS, Ellen E. Pinnell has applied for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for a private dog kennel on 10 A Pt NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of <br />Sec. 12,T29,R21 (pg. 58 of 1983 Assessment Book), located at <br />11514 Stillwater Blvd. N. in the City of Lake Elmo from January <br />1, 1984 through December 31, 1984; and has submitted all required <br />information and fees for the application for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D, 2. a. (3) of the Municipal Code <br />of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a <br />private dog kennel in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections 1402 of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo <br />sets forth the conditions under which said permit may be granted <br />and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, The Conditional Use Permit for a Private dog kennel at <br />11514 Stillwater Blvd. N.is hereby granted to Ellen E. Pinnell <br />from January 1° 1984 through December 319 1984, subject to the <br />following conditions; <br />1. There shall be no more than 10 dogs in the kennel at any time. <br />2. The dogs shall be housed in the barn and not permitted to <br />run loose. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after <br />a 2 week notice and a public hearing, if the City Council <br />finds that the public health, safety, or welfare is <br />jeopordized. <br />ADOPTED, this the 3rd day of January, 1984, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />�; <br />��---------------- <br />Attest: Mayn�.dL.
