R-84-5 RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO JACK ROBERTSON AND WILLIAM DANIELS - GOODS, INC. FOR MUSHROOM AND SPROUT PROCESSING - AGRI-BUSINESS IN THE AG ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1984 TO DECEMBER 31, 1984. WHEREAS, Jack Robertson and William Daniels has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for Agri -Business on Pt NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 S36T29R21 Com at SW cor Sd 1/4 1/4 then N along W line Dist 152' to pt then SEly in straight line to pt on S line Sd 1/4 1/4 to Pt D pt located 33 ft E of pt of beginning then W 33 ft to pt of beginning subject to public road and easements at 11490 Hudson Blvd. in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1984 through December 31, 1984; and has submitted all required information and fees for the application for such permit; and, WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D.l.b. (7) of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate an Agri - Business in the City of Lake Elmo; and, WHEREAS, Sections the Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions set forth above; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, THAT, The Conditional Use Permit for Agri -business at 11490 Hudson Blvd. is hereby granted to Jack Robertson and William Daniels from January 1, 1984 through December 319 1984, subject to the following conditions; The Zoning Ordinance This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after a 2 week notice and a public hearing, if the City Council finds that the public health, safety, or welfare is jeopardized.
