RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />JOHN D1LL AND THE 3M CLUB FOR MOBILE HOME IN THE <br />PUBLIC ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1984 TO <br />DECEMBER 31, 1984. <br />WHEREAS, John Dill and the 3M Club has applied for a <br />Conditional Use Permit for a 27' mobile home on property known as <br />Lake Elmo Foundation, Inc. Owner: 3M Club, 896 E. 7th Street, St. <br />Paul, Minnesota at 11455 20th Street North in the City of Lake <br />Elmo, from January 1, 1984 through December 31, 1984; and has <br />submitted all required information and fees for the application <br />for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.050 B. of the Municipal Code of <br />Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Mobile <br />Home in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections of the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which <br />said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the <br />conditions set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a 27 ' Mobile Home <br />at 11455 20th St. N. is hereby granted to John Dill and the 3M <br />Club from January 1, 1984 through December 31, 1984, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Home may be used for night guard during summer months only. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded after a two week notice and <br />public hearing, if the City Council finds that the public health, safety <br />or welfare is jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this the 3rd day of January, 1984, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: -e <br />Maynar, L.
