R-B4-10 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO RUBEN LAUSENG - LAUSENG STONEv FOR OPEN <br />SALES LOT - LAUSENG STONE, IN THE AG ZONING <br />DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1984 THROUGH DECEMBER <br />31, 19B4" <br />WHEREAS, Ruben Lauseng has applied for a Conditional <br />Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot on 87A - N1/2 of NE1/4 of Sec <br />3,T29,R21, (Page 19, 1983 Assessment Book) at 9591 60th Street <br />North in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1984 through <br />December 31, 1984; and has submitted all required information and <br />fees for the application for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301^050 B. of the Municipal Code of Lake <br />Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate an Open Sales Lot in <br />the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections 301"130 C. D^ E. F. G. of the Municipal <br />Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit <br />may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City -of lake Elmo,, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot at <br />9591 60th Street North is hereby granted to Ruben Lauseng ~ Lauseng <br />Stone from January 1p 1984 thru December 31, 1984, subject to the <br />following conditions., <br />1" The hours of operation shall be 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p"m", Monday <br />thru Saturday and 10200 a.m. to 5100 p.m. Sunday" <br />2" There shall be an on -site business sign only, <br />3" No material shall be stored closer that 210' south of Highway <br />36 right-of-way. <br />4. The owner shall maintain it as per 1979 site plan" <br />5" There shall be no expansion beyond area and function now <br />being used. <br />6" The Screening shall be maintained, <br />7" There shall be no more than 30 cars parked on the site. <br />
