RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITION�L USE PERMIT TO RAY SWANSON - OAKWOOD ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR VETERINARY CLINIC, ANIMAL HOSPITAL, CREMATORY AND DOG POUND IN THE AG ZONING DI8TRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1984 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1984. WHEREAS, Ray Swanson has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for Veterinary Clinic, Animal Hospital, Crematory and Dog Pound on 2.5 acres - pt. of tha* W1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 16, T29,R21. (Page 93 of Assessment Book) at 8411 34th Street North in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1984 thru December 3l, 1984; and has submitted all required information and fees for the application for such permit; andr WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D.1.b. (7) of the Municipal Code of Lake EImo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Veterinary Clinic, Animal Hospital, Crematory and Dog Pound in the City of Lake Elmo; and, WHEREAS, Section 1400 of Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code of La-ce Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, WHEREAS, the appIicant meets or exceeds all the conditions set forth above� NOW, T�EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of lake Elmo, THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for Veterinary Clinic, Animal Hospital, Cr�matory and Dog Pound at 8411 34th St. North is hereby granted to Ray Swanson from January 1, 1984 thru December 31, 1984, subject to the following conditions: 1. The owner may sell set supplies, drugs and kennel supplies as se. an accessory to this use. This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded, after a two -week notice and a public hearing, if the City Council finds that the public health, safety, or welfare is jeopardized.
