/ <br />\ <br />R-B4~14 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNEGOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO OAKDALE GUN CLUB FOR OUTDOOR TARGET RANGE <br />IN THE AS ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1984 <br />THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1984" <br />WHEREAS, Oakdale Gun Club has applied for a Conditional <br />Use Permit for an Outdoor Target Range on SE1/4 of SW1/4 of <br />Section 26vT29vR21, subject to easement, located at 10386 North <br />10th Street in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1p 1984 thru <br />December 31, 1984; and has submitted all required information and <br />fees for the application for such permit; and,, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301,070 D"b" of the Municipal Code of <br />Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Outdoor <br />Target Range in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 1300 of the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which <br />said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the <br />conditions set forth above; <br />NOWO THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED by <br />the City Council of <br />the City <br />of lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional <br />Use Permit <br />for Outdoor Target <br />Range at <br />10386 10th Street North, <br />Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota is hereby <br />granted <br />to Oakdale Gun Club from <br />January 1, <br />1984 thru December <br />31, 1984, <br />subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1" Fencing <br />a, Additional fencing, if anyv along the north border <br />(common border with County Park) to be accomplished <br />per agreement between Club and County Director of Planning. <br />b^ Fencing along east and west borders to be accomplished <br />if and when adjacent properties are developed to the <br />extent that fencing is necessary. A determination as <br />to when the adjacent propertiesare sufficiently developed <br />to require fencing will be made at the time of permit <br />renewal in future years. <br />2. The Club will experiment with implementation of the Braslow <br />recommendations for noise abatement over the firing line <br />during 1984, The Club will report on the status of these <br />experiments at the time of the 1985 permit application., <br />3" Weapons on the shotgun range shall be limited to fine shot <br />(06 shot) on the shotgun range" <br />4" There will be no expansion at the present location without <br />an abatement to this permit" <br />5" The names of lead range officers and a schedule of events <br />with the officer in charge shall be provided to the Washington <br />County Sheriff" <br />
