1 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS ON T.H. 94 FROM THE RAMSEY- <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY LINE TO 0.4 MILE EAST OF <br />CSAH 21 WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the <br />State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, <br />and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. <br />392, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 94, withing the corporate <br />limits of the City of Lake Elmo, from the West Corp. limits <br />to East Corp. limits; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />has reviewed said plans and special provisions for the im- <br />provement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits <br />of the City, including the elevations and grades as shown and <br />all changes in grade occasioned by said construction; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council agreed to require the <br />parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within <br />the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to <br />be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at <br />least 20 feet from any corsswalks on all public streets <br />intersecting said trunk highway. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, <br />hereby approves the construction plans and special provisions <br />for T.H. 94, as set forth in this resolution. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota on this the 6th clay of March, 1984. <br />SIGNED:✓' `� � � �' <br />Mayn6td L.
