R-84-28 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT APPROVAL FOR MIDLAND MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat of Midland Meadows <br />was approved by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo on <br />December 11, 1979; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 401.240 G. required the <br />Subdivider to submit a Final Plat within 180 days of the approval <br />of the Preliminary Plat; and, <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the City Code provides <br />that the City Council may grant an extension of Preliminary Plat <br />approval upon the request of the Subdivider; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider has requested a one <br />year extension for the approval of the Preliminary Plat because <br />the current economy makes development of the property very <br />difficult; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo that: <br />The Preliminary Plat approval of Midland Meadows <br />is extended for one year from April 3, 1984, within which time the <br />Subdivider will be required to submit a Final Plat. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1984, by the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: a , <br />Mayn?. d L .
