R-84-29 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIMPLE LOT SUBDIVISION TO <br />BRIAN F. CROMBIE. <br />WHEREAS, Brian F. Crombie has made application to the <br />City of Lake Elmo for a Simple Lot Division on a parcel of land <br />located in said City into two tracts legally described as follows, <br />to wit: <br />Parcel A <br />That part of Government Lot 2 of Section 4, Township 29 <br />North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota and that part <br />of Tract H of REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 98 according to the <br />Registered Land Survey on record in the office of the Registrar <br />of Titles, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the most northeasterly corner of said <br />Tract H, said corner lying on the east line of said Government <br />Lot 2: thence South 01 degree 44 minutes 39 seconds East, bearing <br />oriented to the Washington County Coordinate System, South Zone, <br />along the east line of said Government Lot 2 a distance of 286.99 <br />feet to the point of beginning; thence South 63 degrees 38 minutes <br />48 seconds West 191.20 feet; thence South 07 degrees 37 minutes 17 <br />seconds East 401.59 feet; thence South 42 degrees 52 minutes 34 <br />seconds East 63.00 feet to the center line of DeMontreville Trail <br />as presently traveled; thence North 47 degrees 07 minutes 26 <br />seconds East along said center line 121.18 feet to said east line <br />of Government Lot 2, thence North 01 degree 44 minutes 39 seconds <br />West along said east line 446.84 feet to the point of beginning, <br />containing 1.60 acres,mor_e or less. <br />Subject to a highway easement for said DeMontreville <br />Trail over the southeasterly 33.00 feet thereof. <br />Also, subject to a 20.00 foot wide driveway easement <br />over that part of said Government Lot 2 adjoining and lying <br />easterly and northeasterly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at said most northeasterly corner of Tract <br />H; thence South 01 degree 44 minutes 39 seconds East along said <br />east line of Government Lot 2 a distance of 286.99 feet; thence <br />South 63 degrees 38 minutes 48 seconds West 191.20 feet; thence <br />South 07 degrees 37 minutes 17 seconds East 250.00 feet to the <br />point of beginning of the line to be described; thence continue <br />South 07 degrees 37 minutes 17 seconds East 151,59 feet; thence <br />South 42 degrees 52 minutes 34 seconds East 30.00 feet and said <br />line there terminate. <br />
