R84-37 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY. MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION OF <br />FIVE LOTS FOR ELEANOR DANIELSON AT THE NORTHEAST <br />CORNER OF CSAH 17 AND 5OTH STREET NORTH. <br />WHEREAS, Eleanor Danielson has made application to the City of <br />Lake Elmo to have the real estate legally described parcels as shown on <br />exhibits A, B, C, D and E approved by the City of Lake Elmo as legally <br />subdivided parcels; and, <br />WHEREAS,_at_the time of said application the - attached described --- <br />parcels were not separately described parcels of record; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered <br />this application at a public hearing on May 29, 1984 and recommended <br />approval of the same. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit: <br />1. The application of Eleanor Danielson for the large lot <br />subdivision of five lots as described in attached exhibits <br />A, B, C, D and E attached hereto and made a part hereof <br />shall be approved as separately subdivided parcels subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />A. The applicant shall pay a park donation fee of <br />$175 per lot. <br />B. The applicant shall clarify with the County <br />Highway Engineer the exact number of feet of <br />right-of-way that is required for 50th Street <br />and CSAH 17 which abuts the attached described <br />parcels. <br />C. The applicant shall thereafter issue a deed to <br />the City of Lake Elmo to dedicate the required <br />right-of-way for 5Oth Street and CSAH 17 which <br />abuts the attached described parcels as this is <br />consistent with previously established City policy. <br />
