2. The City, as part of this approval for a large lot subdivision <br />parcels hereby also grants the applicant a lot size variance <br />for parcels legally described in exhibits B, C and D from <br />the City requirement of ten acres each and for the submission <br />of a topographical map for the attached described parcels <br />showing two -foot contour lines. The City also waives the <br />requirement for submitting percolation tests or soil borings <br />to determine the suitability of on -site sewage disposal system. <br />The variances were granted because the City Council determined <br />that contours were not needed in this case and that the soil <br />suitability for on -site sewage disposal will be determined <br />when a building permit is applied for, for one of the attached <br />described parcels. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 19th <br />day of June, 1984. <br />Signed: <br />Mayn „ d L.
