APPROVED <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 15, 1985 <br />Vice -Mayor Dunn called the City Council meeting to order at 7:03 <br />p.m. in the City Council Chambers. Present: Armstrong, Mazzara, <br />Christ, City Administrator Overby, and City Engineer Bohrer. <br />Absent: Morgan. <br />1. Agenda <br />M/S/P Christ/Mazzara - to approve the agenda for the October 15, <br />1985 City Council Meeting as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />Minutes: October-1, 1985 <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Mazzara - to approve the October 1, 1985 City <br />Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />3. Claims <br />City Administrator Overby distributed to the City Council a <br />handout regarding compensation for Marilyn Banister for her duties <br />as Acting City Administrator. Per state law Marilyn has received <br />56 hours of overtime at time and one-half at her present wage. <br />Councilwoman Armstrong brought up that they should strike a medium <br />between the difference of the two City Administrator salaries. <br />Councilman Dunn thought that the figure Marilyn selected was <br />justified and one that nobody could dispute. <br />M/S/P Mazzara/Christ - to approve claims 86566 thru 86612 as <br />presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />4. CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />A. Continuation of request for Rezoning from RR to <br />R1 approximately 18 acres of land legally described <br />as part of Government Lot 2 in Section 10. <br />Applicant: Raymond Mester <br />It has been city policy for rezonings to have a two week delay for <br />possible new input. The City Engineer had reviewed the location <br />of the proposed 18 acre rezoning and stated that no new <br />information had been received. <br />M/S/P Christ/Mazzara - to adopt Ordinance07975 amending section <br />301.070 C "Zoning District Map" of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code <br />for rezoning of approximately 18 acres of land for Raymond Mester <br />legally described as part of Government Lot 2 in Section 10. <br />(Motion carried 4-0). <br />
