RESOLUTION 86- 46 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET FOR 1987 AND LEVYING TAXES FOR 1987 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has heretofore <br />considered and has adopted a budget setting forth in detail complete <br />financial plans of the City for the year 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director at direction of the City Council <br />has computed the amount of taxes necessary and within statutory limits <br />which must be levied and collected during the year 1987 in order to <br />provide the budgeted funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has considered <br />the said proposed levy and determined the same to be necessary in the <br />public interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo that the attached budget is hereby adopted and approved <br />as the budget for the City of Lake Elmo during the year 1987, and the <br />sum of $388,182 is hereby levied in order to provide the City with the <br />funds required by said budget and that the sum of $75,000, General <br />Obligation Park Bond, and $18,672, Equipment Lease, also be levied for <br />1987 Bonded Indebtedness, and the sum of $61,200 infrastructure <br />replacement reserve funds for Gravel, Patch and Overlay, and Sealcoat <br />of City Streets. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Director is hereby <br />directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the County Auditor in <br />accordance with law. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the.City of Lake Elmo this 7th <br />day of October, 1986. <br />Attest: <br />f <br />Signed: F4cans Q, 1Y-n�n <br />David A.
