RESOLUTION 86-47 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA Whereas, the County Board of the County of Washington, State of Minnesota, adopted a resolution altering the designation of County State Aid Highway No. 15 (C.S.A.H. 15) within the corporate limits of the City of Lake Elmo and West Lakeland Township as follows: The center line of County State Aid Highway Number 15 (October 6, 1986) to be located in Sections 19 and 30, Township 29 North, Range 20 West, Washington County, Minnesota is described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 30, thence North 0 degrees 50 minutes 16 seconds West along the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 45.38 feet to the point of beginning of the center line to be described (bearings are based on the Washington County Project Coordinate System); thence North 48 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East 213.00 feet; thence northerly 2504.41 feet along a tangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 1909.86 feet and a central angle of 75 degrees 07 minutes 56 seconds; thence North 26 degrees 44 minutes 26 seconds West tangent to the last described curve 3542.31 feet; thence northerly 1298.82 feet along a tangential curve concave to the east having a radius of 2864.79 feet and a central angle of 25 degrees 58 minutes 35 seconds and said described line there terminating; thence South 89 degrees 14 minutes 09 seconds West along the prolongation of a radial line of said curve, 0.44 feet to a point on the west line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19 distant 319.21 feet north of the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo that said alteration is accepted and approved by the City as provided by law pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 162. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that after Washington County has rerouted, traffic to the altered, C.S.A.H. 15 and overlayed the portion of existing Manning Avenue between the connections, Lake Elmo will assume jurisdiction over that portion of Manning Avenue within its corporate limits not still designated as C.S.A.H. 15 by Washington County.
