RESOLUTION 86-48 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />held on the 2nd day of December, 1986, the following Resolution was <br />offered by Mazzara, seconded by Dunn, to wit: <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation <br />has prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of <br />Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 36 within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Lake Elmo, at D.N.R. Trail (0.8 miles <br />east of T.H. 694); and seeks the approval thereof, and <br />WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office <br />of the Department of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being <br />marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. 1 S.P. 8204-35 (36=118) <br />at, D.N.R Trail (0.8 miles east of T.H. 694). <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for <br />the improvement of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and <br />hereby are approved. <br />Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members <br />voted in favor of the Resolution: Armstrong, Christ, Dunn, Mazzara. <br />The following Council members voted against its adoption: <br />None, whereupon the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted. <br />Dated this 2nd day of December, 1986. <br />0 (Wx'l ct , 0)" C"0 , <br />David A.
