RESOLUTION 86-22 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />LAKE ELMO HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />priviously considered and approved the preliminary plat of Lake Elmo <br />Heights; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have now presented to the City a <br />final plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat and meets <br />the requirements of the City's Subdivision Ordinance; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />proposed final plat at its March 10, 1986 meeting and recommended to <br />the City Council approval of the said final plat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo does hereby accept the final plat of Lake Elmo <br />Heights as it is on file with the City Clerk subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall enter into a developer's agreement, as <br />required by the City's Subdivision Ordinance, providing for the <br />construction of all streets and related improvements to City <br />Standards. <br />2. The developers performance of said Developer's Agreement <br />shall be secured by security bond, cash deposit or letter of credit in <br />a form approved by the City Attorney or such other security as may be <br />hereafter approved by the City Council. The amount of said bond shall <br />be determined by the City Engineer in accordance with the provisions <br />of the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />3. Park Dedication fees in the amount of $250 per lot be paid <br />to the City of Lake Elmo as well as all pass-thru expenses incurred by <br />the City of Lake Elmo in reviewing this plat. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 24th day of <br />March, 1986. <br />Signed: )a ci,. _ a, -,n, u4r n,,-- <br />David A.
