NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO: <br />1. That the City of Lake Elmo strongly condemns the <br />action of Ramsey County choosing options other <br />than an adequate public water supply to resolve <br />the pollution problem they created at the Lake <br />Jane Landfill. <br />2. That the City of Lake Elmo is and will remain <br />strongly opposed to the placement within <br />the City of any other landfill or waste facility <br />operated by either or both of the aforesaid <br />Counties or any other entity on behalf of the <br />aforesaid Counties. <br />3. That the City Administrator shall forward a copy <br />of this resolution to the Ramsey County Board and <br />the Washington County Board. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 4th day of <br />March, 1986. <br />k k.
