RESOLUTION 86-28 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO SCOTTY LYALL <br />FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO THE LAKE ELMO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />FROM 1980 THROUGH 1985 <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with Scotty <br />Lyall during his service on the Planning Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, we have greatly appreciated his perception; his <br />understanding of the community, its codes and local needs, his <br />contribution of background information to the commission during <br />decision making and his committment as a long term member of <br />the Planning Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake ,Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past and present <br />who had the opportunity to work with Scotty Lyall hereby offer <br />•their sincere appreciation and thanks to Scotty Lyall for his <br />many years of service to the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1986, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />David Morgan, Ma or <br />Attest: <br />Robert L.
