RESOLUTION 86-29 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO FRED NAZARIAN <br />FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO THE LAKE ELMO PLAN14ING COMMISSION <br />FROM 1981 THROUGH 1985. <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with Fred <br />Nazarian during his service on.the Planning Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, we have greatly appreciated his understanding <br />of the city's codes, his committment of time and talent as a <br />long term member of the commission, and his service as <br />Chairman and Vice -Chairman of the Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past and present <br />who had the opportunity to work with Fred Nazarian hereby offer <br />their sincere appreciation and thanks to Fred Nazarian for his <br />many years of service to the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1986, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />0 cw�V-. 0, 6=a . <br />David Morgan, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />
