LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES MAY 17, 1988 PAGE 6 The audit was handed out for the Council's review and to have comments or questions available for the June 21st meeting. A. Compensation Mary Kueffner has filled in, in the absence of a City Administrator. The Council was very pleased with how she had kept the City on its feet over a difficult period of time. M/S/P Christ/Graves - to thank Mary Kueffner for filling in as Acting City Administrator for the period of January thru May. (Motion carried 5-0). The Council discussed additional compensation for the period Mary was Acting City Administrator. They suggested she be paid the difference between her Deputy Clerk's salary and the City Administrator's salary. The Council directed the new City Administrator to work with the staff and comeback with a recommendation. M/S/P Johnson/Graves - to direct the City Administrator to work with the staff and come back to the Council with a recommendation for compensation. (Motion carried 5-0). 10. Appointment to Ramsey/Washington Counties Cable Commission With the passing of Maynard Eder, there is a vacancy on the Ramsey/Washington Counties Cable Commission that should be filled. Councilman Moe volunteered to sit on this Commission. M/S/P Johnson/Graves - to appoint Councilman Don Moe to fill the vacany left by Maynard Eder on the Ramsey/Washington Counties Cable Commission. (Motion carried 5-0). 11. Confirm Schedule for Board of Review The following Board of Review scheduled was confirmed. 2:30-5:00 Rose Armstrong (would stay on) 4:00-7:00 Dick Johnson 2:30-5:00 Don Moe 4:30-7:00 Chuck Graves 2:30 (Floater) Arlyn Christ 12. City Administrator's request for exclusion for PERA City Administrator Pat Morrison has requested exclusion from the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). M/S/P Graves/Moe - to adopt Resolution 88-22, a resolution approving election of Patricia Morrison to be excluded from the Public Employees Retirement Association. (Motion carried 5-0). M/S/P Moe/Graves - to adjourn the City Council meeting at 10:10 p.m. (Motion carried 5-0).
