CHARIT'ABLE GAMBLING REQUEST FROM GUARDIAN ANGELS CHURCH <br />Three applications were received from Guardian Angels Church : 1) <br />Charitable Gambling request from Guardian Angels Church; 2) Charitable <br />Gambling request from Guardian Angels Church Men's Club; and 3) <br />Non -intoxicating malt liquor license for Guardian Angels Church all <br />relating to the fall festival on September 17 and 18. <br />M/S/P Graves/Johnson - to approve a non -intoxicating malt liquor <br />license to Guardian Angels Church for their fall festival September 17 <br />and 18, 1988; contingent upon a favorable recommendation from the <br />Washington County Sheriff and County Attorney. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />E. RETAINING A PLANNER <br />Morton/Engstrom has advised the City they would like to pursue a PUD. <br />Because this is the first residential PUD the City has reviewed, the <br />City Administrator requested a professional planner, Mike Black, of <br />James Hill Assoc., to review this application when it is processed. <br />It is anticipated the majority of his costs will be pass-throughs. The <br />Council directed the Administrator to request a resume from Mr. Black <br />and his estimate to review this application. <br />M/S/P Graves/Johnson - to adjourn the City Council meeting at 9:30 <br />p.m. (Motion carried 4--0). <br />Resolution 88-33 Designating polling places & appointing election <br />judges; September 13th & November. 8th General Election <br />
