Box 873 <br />11194 Upper 33rd Street <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />RE: Rental Payment; 11194 Upper 33rd Street <br />Dear Doug: <br />In accordance with our conversation today, it is my understanding <br />that you agree to the following payment schedule for back rental <br />payment on property located at 11194 Upper 33rd Street: <br />August 30, 1988 $1,000 Paid 8/30/88 <br />October 15, 1988 $2,000 <br />December 15, 1988 $3,000 <br />These payments are in addition to the regular $500 monthly payment <br />due.
