Permitted Uses and Structures: <br />1) One (1) family detached dwellings <br />B. Accessory Uses and Structures: <br />1) Uses and structures which are customarily accessory <br />and clearly incidental and subordinate to permitted <br />uses and structures, as set forth in Section 301.130. <br />2) Garages, carports, screenhouses, conservatories, <br />playhouses, swimming pools, tennis courts, hobby <br />shops and storage buildings as allowed by code, <br />for private use only. <br />C.
