C-27 141 1 <br />PARTS A, B, C - ON -SITE SEPTIC SYSTEMS <br />PART D - OFF -SITE AND COLLECTOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS <br />A. PROJECT PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />1. The project has been completed in accordance with the approved <br />plans, specifications and change orders. <br />See attached certification from contractors. <br />2. There is and will be sufficient funds available to provide for <br />adequate operation and maintenance of the project, as provided <br />for in the Wastewater Service Charge Ordinance and Sewer Service <br />Charge System. <br />The Wastewater'Service Charge Ordinance and Sewer Service Charge <br />System were adopted by the City CounclI on March 1, 1988. The <br />City has begun collecting sewer service charges in 1988. <br />3. There is a sufficient number of trained and capable <br />operating/maintenance personnel available to provide adequate <br />operation and maintenance of the project. <br />Dan Olinger, Maintenance Foreman, holds a Class D operator's <br />license and has attended the MPCA on -site school. <br />Mike Bouthllet, Maintenance Worker, also hold a Class D <br />operator's license and has attended the MPCA on -site school. <br />4. The project is being operated and maintained to oonformance with <br />the approved operation and maintenance manual. <br />-2- 8566 <br />
