R-84-7 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE; ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />RICHARD BERGMAN, BERRY FARM GREENHOUSE, FOR <br />GREENHOUSE AND SALES LOT FROM JANUARY 1, 19811 TO <br />DECEMBER 31, 1.984. <br />WHEREAS, Richard Bergman has applied for a Conditional <br />Use Permit for a Greenhouse and Sales Lot on the S 534.9 ft. of <br />the N 925.9 ft. for the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 1, T29, R21W, <br />at 5833 Lake Elmo Avenue N. in the City of Lake Elmo, from <br />January 1, 1984 through December 31, 1984; and has submitted all <br />required information and fees for the application for such <br />permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.0'70 D.l.b.(1) and (5) of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to <br />operate a Greenhouse and Sales Lot in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.130 C. D. E. F. and G. of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which <br />j said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the <br />conditions set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a Greenhouse and Sales <br />Lot at 5833 Lake Elmo Avenue N. is hereby granted to Richard Bergman <br />from January 1, 1984 through December 31, 19811. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded after a two week notice and <br />public hearing,.if the City Council. :finds that the public health, safety <br />or welfare is. jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, -this the 3rd day of January, 1.984, by the City Council. <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />MaynaV L.
