RESOLUTION 88- 18 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 1988 M.S.A. IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. <br />47th STREET N. FROM KIMBRO AVE. N. TO KEATS AVE N. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 87-43, passed by the City Council <br />on May 19, 1987, the City Engineer has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the 1988 M.S.A. Improvement Project and presented <br />such plans and specifications to the City Council for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made part hereof are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk shall declare and cause to be inserted in the <br />official City newspaper and such other publications as shall be deemed <br />appropriate an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement shall be published, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall state that bids shall be opened on May 12, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. in <br />the Lake Elmo City Council Chambers and shall be considered by the <br />City Council at 7:00 p.m. on May 17, 1988 in the Council Chambers of <br />the Lake Elmo City Hall. <br />3.
