RESOLUTION 88-21 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE 1988 MSA STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT TO DANNER, INC. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 88-18, passed by the Lake Elmo <br />City Council on April 19, 1988, the City Engineer has advertised for <br />bids for the 1988 MSA Street Improvement Project; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer received and opened the sealed bids on <br />May 12, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lake Elmo City Council Chambers; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the bids for compliance <br />to the plans and specifications and recommends awarding the contract <br />to the low responsible bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo that upon approval of the State Department of <br />Transportation, the 1988 MSA Street Improvement Contract be awarded to <br />Danner, Inc. in the amount of $99,673.15. <br />ADOPTED THIS 2.Oth day of May, 1988 by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed:�yn <br />lyn CYfrist, Mayor <br />Atte <br />
