RESOLUTION 88-28 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council dated May 17, <br />1988, a report has been prepared by Larry Bohrer, of TKDA, consulting <br />engineer, with reference to the improvement of Kimbro Avenue North, <br />from 47th Street North to 43rd Street North, and 43rd Street North, <br />from Kimbro Avenue North to Lake Elmo Avenue North (CSAH 17). <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice <br />of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon the 21st <br />day of June, 1988, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED, BY THE CIY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted on June 7, 1988; and <br />2. Larry Bohrer, TKDA, is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
