RESOLUTION NO. 88-29 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRANK LANGER AS ASSESSOR <br />FOR THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, Frank Langer has provided assessment services to <br />the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Frank Langer wishes to provide assessment services <br />to the City for one-fourth of the total number of tax parcels in the <br />City of Lake Elmo on an annual re -occurring basis; and <br />WHEREAS, these assessment services will be provided at a per <br />parcel rate of $4.35 for 1989, and thereafter at a cap of $.50 (fifty <br />cents) under the prevailing Washington County per parcel rate; and <br />WHEREAS, the term of appointment shall be effective until <br />such time as the City Council, or Frank Langer, wishes the termination <br />of such services by a 30 day written notice. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, that Frank Langer is hereby appointed as the City <br />Assessor, under the terms and conditions as outlined in this <br />Resolution. <br />ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />19th day of July, 1988. <br />Signed: <br />At <br />Arlyn_ hrist, Mayor <br />
