RESOLUTION 88-31 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION TO WILL AND MARY TURNBLADH WHEREAS, Will and Mary Turnbladh have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Large Lot Subdivision of a parcel of land located in said City into two tracts legally described as follows: Parcel A All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence North 88 degrees 14 minutess 01 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the southerly line thereof 320.00 feet; thence North 01 degree 11 minutes 04 seconds West, parallel with the westerly line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 890.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds East 148.00 feet; thence North 01 degree 11 minutes 01 seconds West, parallel with said westerly line 426.68 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence westerly along said northerly line to the northwest corner thereof; thence southerly along said westerly line to the point of beginning.
