WHEREAS, it appears the above described land was not at the time of the application separately described parcels of record; and WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related to public health, safety and welfare which would require a denial of this Large Lot Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the proposed Large Lot Subdivision at a public hearing on July 11, 1988; and WHEREAS, there was no person at this public hearing who spoke against this Large Lot Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended unanimously that the Lake Elmo City Council grant this Large Lot Subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo as follows: 1. The application of Will and Mary Turnbladh for a Large Lot Subdivision is hereby granted provided that: (1) The applicant's pay a park dedication fee in the amount of $250 for the newly created lot.
