westerly line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />890.00 feet; thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds East 148.00 <br />feet; thence North 01 degree 11 minutes 01 seconds West, parallel with <br />said westerly line 426.68 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of <br />said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence easterly along <br />said northerly line to the northeast corner thereof; thence southerly <br />along the easterly line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter to the southeast corner thereof; thence westerly along said <br />southerly line to the poin of beginning. <br />Containing 28.91 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to an easement for roadway and utility purposes <br />over, under and across the South 33.00 feet thereof. Subject to and <br />together with any other valid easements, reservations and <br />restrictions. <br />Subject to an easement for driveway and utility purposes <br />over, under and across a strip of land 40.00 feet in width being 20.00 <br />feet on either side of the following described centerline: commencing <br />at the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 1, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, thence North 88 degrees 14 minutes 01 seconds East, <br />assumed bearing, along the southerly line thereof 653.15 feet to the <br />point of beginning of the centerline being described; thence North 00 <br />degrees 54 minutes 04 seconds West along said centerline 753.27 feet; <br />thence North 14 degrees 49 minutes 39 seconds East along said <br />centerline 83.81 feet; thence North 71 degrees 48 minutes 17 seconds <br />West along said centerline 265.00 feet to the end of the centerline <br />being described. <br />WHEREAS, it appears the above described land was not at the time <br />of the application separately described parcels of record; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related to public <br />health, safety and welfare which would require a denial of this Large <br />Lot Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the <br />proposed Large Lot Subdivision at a public hearing on July 11, 1988; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, there was no person at this public hearing who spoke <br />against this Large Lot Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended unanimously that the <br />Lake Elmo City Council grant this Large Lot Subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The application of Will and Mary Turnbladh for a Large Lot <br />Subdivision is hereby granted provided that: <br />(1) The applicant's pay a park dedication fee in the <br />amount of $250 for the newly created lot. <br />
