NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo: <br />That a Conditional Use Permit, for construction of a 29,000 square <br />foot greenhouse structure and a 7,250 square foot steel pole building, <br />is hereby granted to Linder's Holding Co. (d/b/a Linder's Greenhouses, <br />Inc.) on the site heretofore legally described, contingent upon the <br />applicant meeting the conditions set forth in one through seven as <br />outlined above. <br />ADOPTED, by the City Council of the Ctiy of Lake Elmo this <br />19th day of July 1988. <br />Signed <br />Atte <br />]gist, Mayor <br />
