RESOLUTION NO. 88-33 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES <br />FOR PRIMARY ELECTION OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1988 AND <br />GENERAL ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 8, 1988 <br />WHEREAS, Election polling places shall be designated by the City <br />Council, in accordance with statutory requirements; and, <br />WHEREAS, according to State Statute, a list of Election Judges <br />must be submitted to the City Council for approval by Council <br />Resolution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, <br />MINNESOTA, the following Polling Places are hereby designated as the <br />polling places for the September 13, 1988 Primary Election, and the <br />November 8, 1988 General Election: <br />Precinct Polling Place <br />Precinct I & II Lake Elmo Fire Station No. I <br />said Polling Places shall remain open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. <br />and 8:00 p.m. on the respective Election dates; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the attached listing of persons are <br />hereby appointed. as the Election Judges to serve during the Primary <br />Election of September 13, 1988, and the General Election of November <br />8, 1988. <br />ADOPTED, this 2nd day of August, 1988, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />nr4a <br />�p l' v <br />Arlvntr Mayor <br />
