RESOLUTION R88-9 <br />CITY OI' LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />CHARLES ANDERSON FOR ANIMAL INN TRAINING SCHOOL <br />IN THE AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Charles Anderson has applied for a Conditional Use <br />Permit for a training school on the property described on attached <br />exhibit I located at 8633 34th Street in the City of Lake Elmo; and <br />has submitted all required information and fees for the application <br />for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070D 1.b. of the Municipal Code of Lake <br />Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a training school in <br />the City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1402 of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo <br />sets forth the conditions under which said permit may be granted and <br />such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for a public dog kennel and <br />training school at 8633 34th Street North is hereby granted to Charles <br />Anderson subject to the following conditions: <br />1.. The Owner shall maintain <br />care of the pet cemetery. <br />2. The owners may operate an <br />at this location. <br />3. The owners shall maintain <br />100 cars. <br />a Perpetual Trust Fund for <br />Obedience Training School <br />parking facilities for <br />This Conditional Use Permit will be reviewed on an annual basis, and <br />may be rescinded, after a 2 week notice and a public hearing, if the <br />City Council finds that: the public health, safety, or welfare is <br />jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this 5th day of January 1988, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County inneso��a,, <br />Signed / -1 r 6��'i1ce.s_ ..-." <br />Arlyn Christ, Mayor <br />Attest: ( P %,1i1✓ <br />Mary Ku fne , ing City Administrator <br />(i <br />
