IW APPRIVED a_ . <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 21, 1.989 <br />Mayor Dunn called the City Council meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. in <br />the City Council chambers. Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, <br />Moe (departed 9:55 p.m.), City Engineer Bohrer, and City Administrator <br />Morrison. <br />MAYOR DUNN READ A PROCLAMATION EXPRESSING THE CITY'S HIGH REGARD AND <br />DEEP REGRET AT THE PASSING OF ITS OLDEST CITIZEN, FRANCIS X. "FRITZ" <br />SCHILTGEN. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Delete: 8. Wash. Cty asked for postponement of the NPDES <br />Agreement/License <br />Add: 10E. Request expenditures for maps from Wash. County <br />10F. Role of Individual Councilmember <br />M/S/P Graves/Moe to approve the February 21, 1989 City Council agenda <br />as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: JANUARY 17, 1989 <br />The January 17, 1989 City Council minutes were handed out at the <br />table; therefore, the following motion was made: <br />M/S/P Hunt/Williams - to postpone consideration of the January 17, <br />1.989 Council minutes until the March 7th Council meeting. (Motion <br />carried 5-0). <br />MINUTES: FEBRUARY 7, 1.989 <br />M/S/P Hunt/Williams - to approve the February 7, 1989 City Council <br />minutes as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to approve the February 21, 1.989 Claims #91444 <br />thru #91495 as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />4. REAPP REPORT <br />A. RFQ: Recommendations re: RFP <br />Todd Williams handed out the final draft of the RFP, which was <br />reviewed by the City Engineer, for the landfill EIS review by an <br />engineer. Todd requested that the Council direct the City <br />Administrator to send this RFP out, this week, to six qualified <br />engineering firms. <br />M/S/P Williams/Graves - to direct the City Administrator to send out <br />the RFPs, this week, to the six qualified engineering firms that have <br />supplied their RFQs. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />
