REAPP REPORT <br />Todd Williams reported they have received three proposals from engineers <br />for review of the Lake Elmo Landfill EIS. A ReAPP Subcommittee is <br />reviewing these proposals and scheduling interviews with these engineers <br />for March 31, 1989. <br />The following questions were asked by ReAPP: <br />(a.) Does the City Council want the City Engineer to review <br />the proposals? <br />City Engineer, Larry Bohrer, responded he would not review the proposal, <br />but their Environmental Engineering Dept would allow 1 hour for each <br />review, and supply a recommendation to the Council. <br />MIS Hunt/Graves - to direct the City Engineer to review the proposals <br />submitted for review of the Lake Elmo Landfill EIS <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to amend the motion to include setting a limit of <br />$400. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />M/S/P Hunt/Graves - to authorize the Environmental Engineering Dept. of <br />TKDA review the three proposals submitted for review of the Lake Elmo <br />Landfill EIS with a limit: set of $400. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />(b.) Attorney Chuck Dayton has indicated interest in reviewing the <br />proposals and being involved in the interviewing process, for. which Ellen <br />Sampson has expressed a cost of $1,2.00 +/-$200. <br />M/S/ Williams/Hunt - To authorize Attorney Chuck Dayton review the three <br />engineers' proposals and participate in the interviews <br />M/S/P - Williams/Hunt - to amend the motion to include setting the <br />expenditure of $1200.
