(Motion carried 4-1 Moe).
Concilman Willimas gave his reason for voting for this motion was based on
Don Moe stating that previous Councils would adjourn to the restaurant,
once a month, and the city would pay for their dinner. Williams has
talked to past Council people and found that has not been the case. The
Council would adjourn to a restaurant, but the council would pay for their
own dinner tab, and he does not want to start a precedent.
( Councilman Graves recalled two years ago, at Board of Review time, they
adjourned to the Lake Elmo Inn, Frank Langer was also invited, and
conducted Administrator's Overby's review.
