20th Street North from CSAH 17 to Manning Trail is being considered in this <br />report for an overlay. 20th Street North is an MSA route and is eligible for <br />maintenance funds to offset the total cost of the project. <br />20th Street has been patched and had spot overlays done over the past few <br />years; however, the road surface continues to breakup due to Inadequate <br />subgrade strength.
