The City will receive $44,099 -this year for MSA Maintenance Funds. It is <br />anticipated that these funds will be used for both 33rd Street North and 20th <br />Street North. The amount of 1989 MSA Maintenance Funds remaining after 33rd <br />Street is completed is estimated at $24,500. The difference between the <br />$49,000 estimated project cost and the $24,500 of MSA funds is $24,500 and <br />would be assessed to the abutting properties. It is assumed that Tartan Park <br />would pick up one-half of the assessment.
